Rough sleeping, dumping of garbage, shitting, peeing etc has not changed at
all. Infact, it has gone worst. E.g. more and more people seen sleeping opp
Dempo House.
Some seen with drinking water bottles and some even seen with cell phones.
It seems nobody care about the court order
