No kidding. Some folks here have held out
the "valiant" Digu as just the prophet we need
today to repair Goa's impaired democracy. The
masterful Digu, who has a rick repertoire of
electoral fraud tricks up his democratic sleeve -
just ask those thousands of illegal migrant
voters of Margao. No doubt at all Digu is
THE man to resuscitate Goan democracy.
When people hide behind empty nothings, behind
the veneer of "democracy" to justify widespread
building irregularities, you have to look deeper
into their motives. Do they have personal interests
in any construction projects, land conversions,
sale of land etc? Are their families involved in
any of these enterprises? And so on.
