Comment:
It was a welcome change to read about this astounding man who has been working 
among the least privileged unknown and unsung. This is the kind of person we 
need as a role model for our youngsters rather than the vile politicians whom 
we read about day after day. Dr Baba Amte was another person who served 
humanity all his life.
It would be nice if people posted real life stories of such unselfish, caring 
persons. Besides making them and their work known, it helps in reinforcing our 
hope in the goodness of humanity.
