Daniels poetry anthology released
VASCO - Niyallunk, the book of couplets and poems by noted Vasco based
Konkani writer, Mr Daniel F de Souza is available on the newsstands in the
major towns of Goa.
The book is published by Talia Prokaxon in Roman and Devnagri scripts in
Vasco recently. Mr Daniel was earlier awarded the Konkani Martyr Floriano
Vaz - 2007.
The book is available at St Paul's Publications, 18th June Road Panjim;
Vision World Book Depot near Church Square; Menezes Braganza building book
exhibition, Panjim; Zito Almeida Book stall near Cine Lata Margao; Luisinha
Stores, Mapusa; Muthu Book Stall Vasco Railway station; Vasco Agencies and
St Andrew's Parish Office, Vasco.
The book contains 25 poems on various universal interest, as well as topics
on Goa and Goans, love, environment, language besides around 70 couplets
which emphasize on various aspects of human life and the society at large.
The book has foreword by noted Konkani writer, columnist and playwright, Mr
Tomazinho Cardozo with an attractive cover designed and illustrated by
artist, Mr Domnic Cordo.
