In Bosco's new post I looked in vain for any comment
that is germane to the topic in this thread.
RESPONSE: Quite honestly, I try to seek out the germaneness in Goveia's
posts on any issues that relate to Goa. Unfortunately he is ALWAYS out in
left-field perhaps because he feels he is the expert on everything. For
several weeks now Goveia is espousing "western-style" zonal laws for Goa
while at the same time being unschooled of the facts that zonal laws do
exist in Goa but are not implemented consistently or not implemented at all.
A couple of Goanetters have written specifically on this issue but our
entertaining friend will not avail of the information.
Is it surprising that Goveia does not understand what others are talking
about?
But ofcourse, our entertaining friend must respond to this
message.........self-righteousness will get the better of sanity!!
