It would depend on how many Indians follow monotheistic religions.
(And I'm not suggesting that monotheistic is superior to polytheistic
or vice versa... they're just different.)

And just because people follow monotheistic religions (which might
have their origins in some other part of the world), that doesn't make
them less Indian. Even though groups like the RSS have argued along
such lines. FN
