Yes, wendall should apologize for being hard working,successful, being a celebrity,honest,humble and? trying his bit to help his beloved Goa.This is the warped thinking you get from so called literate,educated,well traveled and I know it all megalomaniacs. These are the people,who have nothing else to do but criticize and run down people. These are the same people, who have not done anything for their fellow being.They are so prejudiced,biased and full of hatred for whatever reason,that they will always see evil in others and what they do.They are so twisted and crooked in their thinking, that they have to be screwed to their coffin when they die to keep them straight.No matter how literate they are or how well traveled and rich they are, they never change. There is nothing worse than to denigrate people who are doing their best to help their fellow being and save their motherland. Indians than the poor, illiterate,retrogressive goyenkars.She decided to settle in Delhi and the heaved a sigh of relief saying-- GOOD In 1970s,in one small village in Goa, there was a? young lady who was? privileged to be more educated than others? as her rich father could afford it.As she was? the only educated? lassie in her village, she? thought that everybody else was? inferior to her and? created trouble for everyone. Villagers nicknames her COTRIN IRMAO.Her father,who worked in the Gulf,tried to get her a match so as to get her off his chest, but no Goan boys would marry the maneater.Finally,he managed to get her hooked to someone in Gulf.The plight of villagers did not end there as she would still be active in village politics from far and during her visits to Goa.After being away from goa for quite a while and as fate would have it, she had to return back to Goa . By now, she was not? the only educated and all knowledgeable queen of her village and the villagers wo uld not take any crap from her.As she was used to live and integrate so well with all the Indians during her overseas stay, she felt? more comfortable with so called well educated and civilized Indians than the poor, illiterate,uneducated and retrogressive Goyenkars and decided to settle in Delhi.GOOD RIDDANCE? AND GOOD LUCK SAID THE VILLAGERS. We need more people like Wendell,Rajan and Sonia in every village, town,panchayats,Municipalities and government.
