Who care about the high court directives? This promenade is one of the main identified areas by CCP/Court which should have been free from all this.. If any one spend just a 30 minutes at the Campal Promenade opp Dempo house/Market, one will be able to capture at least 5 LIVE pics of the people urinating, dumping garbage, hawking, sleeping, sh*ting etc etc Since 22nd May, I have not been to visit Panjim so there are no pics during this period. But last night after the Inox Movie, this is what we captured.
