It is reported that the Verna Police has registered a case of cheating of
commission of Rs 2,51,73000/- ( 2 crores plus!), filed by Geetangali Khosla .
The deal was finalised at Zuarinagar for 2,70,000 Square Meters of land at
Canacona by "Amber Real Estate and Properties" .SP(South) Shekar Prabudesai is
reported to have stated that the complainant has submitted documented proof.No
further details besides names of the accused are given.
I am wondering who the owner of such vast land is, and if it is Communidade
land.Who is the buyer and how the police and authorities will go about this
case.More importantly,if there is any positive fallout resulting in Goa and
the Aam Admi s interest.
