No office in Goa,so same problem for complaints! What a mess.............JEG
Its not only broadband, but the whole BSNL is down! I hope not and OUT. The
Goa office has shifted to Pune since I understand a circle can have only one
Head Office. Result, no one understands concani or knows Goa at the Xchange.
To find a number in Dhuler, their auto change says number changed.The
changed number phone dialed says number not changed.The operator hasnt a
clue how to check, because the said number is not showing on her computer at
search! She doesnt know where Mapusa is, north or south Goa.IOC has also
closed shop in Goa. BP and HP come under IOC.
