Sorry cannot be more helpful, but if you can tell us where your father(Richard Fernandes) worked- the Government department etc, we might be able to narrow the search, as OHMS doesn't help! Personally, I can't remember a Richard Fernandes in the Provincial Administration.Other goanetters who worked in Kenya might be able to help. Glad you liked Kenya -those of us who lived there I am sure, still miss that lovely part of Africa. I still keep in touch with my African friends there.
