Nowadays, most builders have got smart enough not to invest their own money; they would have taken bank loans based on giving the land as a collateral, as well as taken advances from customers. So, one really needs to investigate how much of the builders' money is really at stake. Besides, a lot of money is not white. Finally, permissions would have beeen obtained by paying huge bribes. In that sense, it is not just the builders but also the people involved in giving permissions who should be taken to task. Let the builders for instance come out in the open about whom they have bribed and how much. samir
