Rajan called himself a Bamon, not a Baman. Unless one is speaking in Marathi, in which case it would of course be Baman. Also, it appears that the sorting out of Goa's future, and that of the the various parties is a continual process down whatever path it is being led on. Rhetorics aside, perhaps it is all a matter of having a conscience -- which I believe Rajan Parrikar has. Often a conscience is the hardest faculty or motivation to ignore.
