Dr. Anil Desai has a Ph.D. in Sarcasm, an important subject that is 
unfortunately not taught in medical colleges. What might also not be part of 
the medical curriculum is the knowledge that the prefix Dr. can legitimately be 
used by anybody with a doctorate.

BTW, if I am not mistaken, being a British surgeon Dr. Anil Desai should more 
aptly be referred to as Mr. Anil Desai.
