Leaving aside Dr. Anil Desai's credentials for a moment, is it not
valid for Ph.Ds, dentists and physiotherapists to use the prefix
'Dr.'?Cheers!

In London Consultants (who are actually surgeons) call themselves Mr or Mrs as
the case may be.
Why? because they have gone beyond the Dr. stage.
Dentists are NOT Doctors, they are not MBBS neither have they done PhD in
dentistry, JUST BECAUSE THEY PRESCRIBE PAINKILLERS - they THINK they are
doctors.
