Roque Felix Dias, OBE Information has been received of the death of the distinguished Roque Felix Dias (ex Velim, Goa) at age 89. He was formerly the Commercial Counsellor, Portuguese Embassy, Washington, DC and Portuguese diplomatic official in Kenya (prior to the US appointment)
Predeceased by his wife, Roque is survived by 4 daughters, 1 son and a number of grandchildren.
