Dear Dr Barad,

Unfortunately you are proof positive that a doctor or a doctorate is the
product of only a specific discipline.

The GBA is a group of volunteer members, with jobs, families and obligations of
their own. They are possibly working with limited resources of funding and more
importantly time. Neither are they an omniscient entity to have
all-encompassing knowledge. What they do have is knowledge of certain aspects
of Goa's overall planning and development which we as spectators outside the
fray do not have. In a democracy one has to constantly compromise and reach
consensus. Only in a dictatorship it is possible to curb dissent at every
point. So let us give the GBA, breathing space to work within the system.

Furthermore, if we as Goans are looking for a single Saviour to save Goa, then
I'm afraid the Jews are busy and the last one made an appearance some 2000
years ago. Despite the fact that a lot of noise is generated on Goanet, and a
feeling created that Goa is approaching impending Apocalypse unless a
revolution is initiated toute suite, the fact is change comes slowly. So be
patient and do your bit to Change Goa, rather than hoping for someone to Save
Goa.
