Do you know of Professor Lalloo Prasad Yadhav and Professor Rani Mukherjee. I learn a lot from them. Do you have similar experience? About your recent treatise on "the need for toilets in Goa", I have no reason to argue with individuals who want to convert Goa into one big Toilet .... or in the short term ......install Portaloos all over the place ....possibly, as tourist attractions.
