My paternal aunt had migrated to UK in 1964, as there were better jobs and also, as it was a healthy and clean place to work and reside in. When she felt UK was becomming a "hell-hole", she migrated to Australia, in 1988 with her 2 children and husband. She was also concerned that the new immigrants were going to pose a security threat to the UK. I guess she was right.

Like me, she believes that investment in land, is the best investment.

Now, why would Churchill give us wrong data on goans in the UK. (silly question???).

Anyway, best of luck to the endeavours of all goans in the UK.

Churchill Alemao, the ignoramus, is talking through
his hat. My best informed estimate is that there are
perhaps 35,000 adult Goans in the UK of whom the
majority live in Greater London.
