*** --- you complain about localisation in the Gulf --- well why not? the country doesnt belong to us, but we are allowed to come here and work, nobody called us, we came for our own benefits... that's why i guess we are here...Gulf Goans! as you call them...yet we are expats here...accept the fact! so you are still allowed to come and work in the gulf, start a business etc...all fair! *** --- in your post you also talk about -- saving Goa for Goans? so when it comes to your land...you sing a different tune?
