Dear Moderators, May I permitted to make a suggestion?
Members should be requested to trim their replies when replying to a particular mail. Very often replies carry the whole of the original post and sometimes the whole correspondence running into two, three or more posts. If a reference is needed, it is sufficient to reproduce the relevant part of the post being replied to. While this is good for someone who just joins the thread, it is rather irksome for regular readers.
