What on earth is Wendell babbling on about? Taking the "Government of India to
court under the violation of the U.N. Charter of rights of indigenous people?"
Here is the UN's own defintion of the word genocide:
"Article 2, of this convention defines genocide as "any of the following acts
committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical,
racial or religious group, as such: killing members of the group; causing
serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; deliberately inflicting
on the group conditions of life, calculated to bring about its physical
destruction in whole or in part; imposing measures intended to prevent births
within the group; [and] forcibly transferring children of the group to another
group."
I hope Wendell's lawyers have a easy time proving that at the UN. Once they've
won their case, they can return to Goa and set up that model Goan village, he
regaled us with a few weeks back.
Come on Wendell, what's cooking man?
