This construction of what looks like a house has just
gotten off the ground in Betim, right on the waterline.
Preliminary inquiries reveal that the place belonged
to a senior official in the Goa Police and that it has
now been sold to someone else (who exactly, I
expect to find out tomorrow from the Reis Magos
panchayat).
