Thanks for the feedback. It's good to see Gulf Goans come out of hiding on
Goanet :-)
Of all the diaspora Goans, Gulf Goans hold a special place in my heart.
Tomorrow, I hope to go to Swindon to discover a little more about UK Goans.
Most of those settled in Swindon apparently, moved here after processing their
Portuguese passports. They are new arrivals and in low-income jobs. I will have
to see if they are "self-actualised" or not :-)
Being a Goan in diaspora is difficult in any part of the world.
