The South Asian Huma Huma Blast 2008
with
REMO & THE MICROWAVE PAPADUMS
(Canadian Debut)
There are currently 500 homeless children who were the victims of the 2004
Tsunami in the Andaman & Nicobar islands. The devastation left behind is just
as apparent today as it was in 2004, as thousands of lives were claimed and
thousands were left homeless. These children are currently living in the St.
Francis Xavier Missions hostels.
In an effort to help the still suffering victims of this tragedy, Goa Amigos in
collaboration with the Society of St. Francis Xavier Missions (
http://www.societyo fpilar.org/ ) is hosting this event to raise funds to help
the victims of the tragedy and also the Mission. An event (
http://sfx-chicago. com/ ) with a similar objective is also being held in
Chicago by the SFX missions on Sept. 13th. If you have friends in the area
please do encourage them to attend the event as well.

who will be performing here in Canada for his very first time"
