Floriano Lobo has a new initiative. A meeting on the proposed
CONVERSION of Goa University to a Central University. The issue is
basically the same .... land grab.
Forget a piece of land ..... they are taking the whole Goa University!
It will not get better with the Central University or an International
Educational Hub with Convention Centre, 7-star hotel and all !!! This
is just a re-packaging of the old thing ...new wine in old bottles
.... the SPURIOUS vintage material for which you and I will pay
through our nose!
