All India Chess Federation(AICF) in reply to Shrikant Barve legal notice asking for constituion and bye laws of AICF has said that " This is to inform you that AICF is not notified as Public Authority. This being the legal status of AICF, you cannot seek AICF to furnish the information and documents concerning its internal affairs."
