It is difficult not to say that I was expecting this. Had Reboni adopted the
surname of her Goan husband, Francis would not have even said what he wrote.
Gender equality does have its hassles! ;-)
Being the current Secretary of GBA, that spearheaded the revocation of the
Regional Plan 2011 and is slogging at getting public participation in the
framing of new Regional Plan 2021, counts for nothing. Photo documentaries are
bound to impress NRI Goans. Who cares who is actually stopping the rape and who
is only documenting the rape? Rape seens are interesting to watch!!
