I second Selma's Suggestion... let's have Sweden as the host. Nice place, nice
weather, nice people, not as expensive as places like London, and
geographically in between America and Asia, so smaller carbon footprints for
the delegates.

And should there be a convention in Sweden, I'll help Alfred organize, and that
gives me another reason to revisit!

... There are quite a few Goans and half Goans spread all over there...Martin,
Derrek, Noel, Fiona, Benny & Theresa... also know a guy from Bardez that
teaches Yoga in Sodermalm in Stockholm! Many of the Cristaos meet after mass at a
catholic church in Kungstragåden, Stockholm. Even once met a guy from the next
vaddo in Benaulim!

And for the delegates that miss Goan food, the Swedish chain of Indian
restaurants 'Indiska' also serves 'Goan Chicken Vindaloo' on the menu...No
choris pao however, but as a vegetarian, Ive had no problems in making dal
bhat, and oher local food..

And for the drinks, Alfred, Im in charge of bringing the fenny!

My advice to Faleiro is to host the convention in Sweden. There are a
couple of advantages to this. First, Wendell won't have to fly in any
models. There are enough beautiful women in Sweden. Secondly, all that
dried, salty fish they serve tastes just like our bombil. And last but
not least, besides Alfred Tavares, there aren't any Goans there. So it
is bound to be a rollicking success :-)
