<Currently, air tickets on 14 th of August to fly to Goa from Bangalore areupwards of Rs. 8,000 and in some cases Rs. 12,000 + one way if at allthey are available. I think flying to Singapore instead from Bangalore would come cheaper. I think the spike in air fares will be music to the ears of the sadists and masochists of which Goa seems to have more than its fair share! They would like nothing better than to inflict/experience the pain of 12-15 hour train and bus rides to destinations. The concluding sentence suggests that they may be bringing on the very same outcome they profess to want to prevent.
