RESPONSE: I just love crabs - (Kuli); every Sunday after Mass, when we were in Singapore, it was off to Banana Leaf Apollo, for boiled rice, fried fish roe, fried round fish balls, fish head curry and Singapore Chilli crab, with loads of papadams.
