We filed a PIL (after doing about 6 months to a year of serious data
gathering) against Infotech corporation and all the companies which
were alloted land in March 2007.
Till date, hearings are going on whether the PIL should be admitted or not.
The actual PIL will be heard if it is admitted.
Meanwhile, Narvekar himself had to go as IT minister.
I am told that there are chances that the PIL will proceed faster now,
due to Narvekar's ouster.
So, sad to say this, but one can draw one's own conclusions about India's
legal system.
