Shravan entry to play National B Chess tournament likely to be rejected without
any reason.

Dear Sandeep,
A. Barve's fears are without any rhyme or reason.
"AICF reserves the right to accept or reject such entries without assigning any
reason."
My fear are based this and past track record of AICF.
B. 1. National B is considered to be a Money spinning event for any Association.
2. Check the past record of entry fee paid by local players for National B
event...
3. Goan were presuming entry fee of Rs.3000/- only as was the case for National
U-7 held in 2006.
4. In the last National B event held at Dindigul, a remote city of TN. No of
entries were 300+.
5. We were expecting 500+ entries. As there are other technical reason for
increase in number of entries.
6. Unrated Goan player will have to pay Rs.1000/- more then the prevailing
practice.
Dear Sandeep, you know the omissions and commissions of Goa State Chess
Association official website launched on March 21, 2008 (I was suspended from
March 27) at the hands of CM Shri Digamber Kamat in presence of only two (out
of total 19) Executive Member One President himself Second Shri Tanay Kaisary,
others only one. total 3.
Please explain these omissions and commissions to goanetters along with all
that you feel good of Mr. Sameer Salgaocar
I am only concern of welfare of CHESS.
It is almost eight months from the issue of Coaching Program circular and
another very very bad circular for CHESS.
AICF has Rs.90 lac surplus.
There are over 400 eligible chess playing children as per coaching program
circular. When is AICF going to give coaching facilities to these children?
Has AICF made any special coaching program for those 50 children like IVANA and
BHAKTI and RIYA who are going to represent India at World Youth meet?
"AICF reserves the right to accept or reject such entries without assigning any
reason."
Why prospectus of National B should include above mentioned sentence?
Discuss these.
Why are you diverting attention to non issue?
Dear Sandeep, you know that I am now busy with "The Right Move II-Career in
Sports" don't trouble me with non issue.
I will answer only main issue. If required.
Shrikant Vinayak Barve
