Here it is, the grand old municipal building next to the Garcia d'Orta garden (today a loitering ground for ghatis and riffraff from India) - http://www.parrikar.org/images/samples/panjim-oldmunicipality.jpg I took this photograph of a photograph from the Souza & Paul archives of Central Library (which, if you didn't know already, is soon shifting base to a new concrete turd built by Indian superpower PWD technology). I bet we will have to fight another battle to keep part of the current building from being leased to some mall owner from Delhi. Aside: We have to start demanding right now that the current location of the Central Library be retained as an extension even after the main Library moves to Patto. Regards, r
