The death of this Brit did not take place in Goa (but in Maharastra), hence Goan Police will not investigate this case. Maharastra police was investigating in Goa soon after the Brit's death as the Brit lived in Goa just before his death in Maharastra. It is wrong to blame Goa police in this case.
