Comment: Are you suggesting that only goans in Goa and in the gulf are authorised to speak about events in Goa? Goans wherever they may be can and should speak against injustices, crimes, and wrongdoings whether in Goa or elsewhere. It is only when sane voices speak that insane voices are drowned.
