I did my schooling at Sharada Bandar school in Miramar. Concani was banned at the school since most of its protagonists (trustees) were maratistas. A lot of crap is written about the Portuguese denying the rights to Concani. Writers of before liberation and after liberation pay no attention to the happenings of post 61. BC
