Hallo Rene,
On the occasion of World Goa Day ,we here in Germany had a Konkani Tiatro
called Nattok to mark this ceremony.There was a record number of Konkani
speaking people attending Tiatro here in Germany.
It gives the Executive committee great pleasure and satisfaction to see Goans
and Manglorians from all over Germany to come in support of Konkani and Goa .
Our next function ( Christmas party) will be held on 29 of November,

NATTOK’ mesmerizes Frankfurt

John D’Silva and his troupe, after making a premiere in London,
landed in Frankfurt to put up his show in his brand new drama ‚
NATTOK’.
The hall was packed to capacity with people coming from far away places and
John did not disappoint anybody. With a very entertaining, enthralling,
emotional and lively story, backed-up by some very meaningful and melodious
songs, the drama got going. But the highlight was the comedy. With John and
Michael blossoming into a right comedy-duo, it was laughter-galore.
If you believe in the saying ‘laughter is the best medicine’ then NATTOK is
where its all about. One could actually see tears in the eyes from the audience
because of the comedy. Everybody had words of praises for the actors and were
rather disappointed that it had to come to an end. Never the less they left
very satisfied.
All this was due to the hard work of the president of the Goan Association
Germany, The GAG who went to a lot of hardships to make this a reality. Mr.
Francis D’silva from KDA-London played an important role in this too. He was
very well backed by Jerome Simoes and the rest of the committee. A big thanks
to Chico Fernandes (Merces) , Matano Gracias ( Mandur), PeterFernandes
(Ambora) Agapito Cruz(Merces) and Mariano Pereira (Majorda) for all their
support in cash and kind.
John D’Silva commended the organizers and presented a small gift to them. So
too the organizing committee, handed to every artist a gift and a certificate
of appreciation. The President of GAG Vito Oliveira proposed the vote of
thanks.
