DEATH: Francis Xavier Lobo (Sonny), 18 Nov 1910 to 8 Sept 2008. Retired musical director. Band leader of the Taj/Greens, Ambassador Hotels-Mumbai, Great Eastern Hotel, Calcutta and Oberoi Hotels, Calcutta and Delhi. Mass held for the soul of Sonny on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at 10 am at St Alex Church. Followed by prayers and blessing of the grave by his loving wife, children, grand children and great grand children and the D'Souza Family and all relatives and friends.
