The answer to your question is ‘saddu’.  Here is an excerpt from the article:

The saddu (wife's sister's husband) relationship is usually neutral, unless 
there is a tug of war between the two due to wealth, status, or some such 
factor.  In such a case, if anyone asks: "Arre Forsu, tuzo saddu kosso assa?" 
(Hey Francis, how is your wife's sister's husband,) the well-to-do saddu could 
reply sarcastically: "Mozo saddu atam marta zaddu!" (My saddu now sweeps the 
floor!) If the public knows of the rift between the two, they comment: "Dogui 
saddu atam zaleat koddu." (Brother-in-laws have now turned embittered.)
