There is one gadda seen permantely just behind the ricksahw stand or near the Almeida Wine stores. I was also told that another one re-appeared at Kamat hotel Each new gadda could mean our Councillor/s are richer by Rs.50,000. No wonder why Bhelpuri walas had increased their rates by 50& fronm Rs.10 to Rs.15 per item/plate.
