Goa's CM Digambar Kamat could be technically right, when he says that Moti Dongor was not this baby; but it common knowledge that this problem in Margao has worsened with his patronage. Just as enthusiastic as he was, to take special care of the slums for obvious reasons, he should have also had the same drive, to improve the basic necessities for Goans e.g. the Pathetic KTC Bus Transportation or cleaning/upgrading the Margao muncipal garden.
