Thanks for mentioning the phone nos. I'm sure a few tried petitioning these
people over the phone.
I tried calling the Quepem Police Inspector on his phone, but i got a message
saying that all incoming calls to that number were barred.
Then I tried calling the South Goa Superintendent of Police and the number just
rang and rang. He didn't pick up.
Didn't bother with others as i thought it was most important to speak to these
two first.
