Pravin, Will Goa Bandh be an appropriate action against the Police and the Government? Can any Goanetter forward the sequence of Events during and after the incident on 13th night? At what time Panjim Police arrived on the scene of the incident i.e. Ashok Bar & Restaurant? We need to know Goa Police action during the event and after the event. The incident took place around 10:30pm on Monday, 13th Oct. Panjim police were contacted at around 03:00 hrs on Tuesday, 14th Oct on 2428400 to know FIR of the incident. The Police officer on duty was aware of the incident but did not comment, instead gave another Panjim Police Phone No: 2428482 to contact. This second Police officer on duty was completely aware of the incident but clearly mentioned that the case is NOT registered. The question is: If a criminal incident takes place in the capital city of Goa of this intensity at around 10:30pm and if the incident is NOT recorded till 03:00 hours then what the Goa Police were doing for so many hours - SLEEPING? It appears from the Panjim Police duty Officer, the one who was on duty and answered the call on 2428482 that he was aware of the whole incident not only after the event but what was went on before the event as well. Who controls Goa Police? ........... or are the Goondards controlling Goa Police?
