He could be guilty or may not be guilty, both possible, though the scale tilts towards the former rather than the later. Lets examine a few things that took place prior to this, the attack on the Police station, was he guilty or not ? He was as much guilty as jack the ripper himself, what action was taken against him ? In fact he was rewarded, crowned minister ! Was that right ? What signals does it send out ? If this was done by you, me or the Aam Aadmi, would we survive ? Now let's take his sons case, the complain was made on the 2nd October and the police did not take action till the 12th October, why ? You know what would happen, if it was the son of Aam Aadmi ? He would be in the dock and trashed the very same day. Law is law for every one, so why these double standard ? Are the MLA's and their families above the law or do we have a separate sets of laws for the elite ? His son should have been in the lock up the very same day and the law would decide if he is guilty nor not, why hide him if he is not guilty ? After the attack on the police station, he should have been in the lock up and banned for life from politics. Am I being too harsh or unreasonable or irrational in my thinking ? We give these scum bags an inch and they take a whole mile, not just a yard. Why let a cobra loose in our own house, knowing it could strike any one of us ? We should get these scum bags out of the administrative process and clean up the system, aren't we familiar with "prevention is better than cure" We have to get incorruptible men and women of integrity to run our government and not leave it to these goons and hoodlums to do it.
