Dear Gabe, My comments:
1: Very good observations. English is indeed a difficult language. 2: Wonder whether the "reporters" in this case have a clue of Goa apart from the feni, football and beach bit 3: What kind of surgery did Aires have? (;-) 4: If I give you a piece of paper with my name and mobile number, is that proof that I threatened you? judging by the script, I would recommend the journos involved to be appointed as directors of Information in Goa. They could come up with another "Dona Paula" story ...the one where Dona was in love with Paula and they committed suicide. Ah Lord! jc ps: The only folks in this story "in a soup" are the alleged journalists who scripted this story. That soup is soon to be marketed as "Nonsense". 2008/10/18 Gabe Menezes <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> COMMENT: There are some errors in the reporting as is obvious, Aires is the Lawyer, not the minor girl!. Was the mother of the minor was coaxed or threatened, by Mrs Monserrate. http://www.ndtv.com/convergence/ndtv/story.aspx?id=NEWEN20080069204&ch=10/18/2008%201:56:00%20PM The mother of Aires Rodrigues, the minor German girl allegedly raped by Goa Education Minister Babush Monserrat's son Rohit, has now filed a fresh complaint against Babush and his wife Jennifer. In her complaint, she said that on October 3, Jennifer had visited her house along with two other women, and tried to coax her to withdraw the complaint. Jennifer had earlier denied these allegations. But the girl's mother has given the police a piece of paper in which she claims Jennifer personally wrote down her name and mobile numbers. Fuchs is now demanding that Jennifer be booked for threatening her to withdraw the complaint.
