You may be wrong there. There are not many rich or big bhatkar people. That is a myth. Bhatkar people pay "foro" but get nothing in return. Bhatcar is not even allowed to lease the land to someone else even though it is lying fallow -- mundcar's grandsons are all in the Gulf minting money, mundcar's son has rebuilt the house bhatcar gave to his father, into a better house than the bhatcar, and no longer needs to work in the bhats. So what else to do? Bhatcar "converts" prime agricultural land into non-agricultural (as it hasn't produced anything in the last few years) and sells to the nearest real-estate developer.
