Aires Rodrigues, We have had our differences in the past. Over the last three to four years I have watched in amazement as you try and tackle the problems of Goa. It is one thing to sit in Toronto and yap how things should be done. It is an entirely different issue to be on the ground in Goa, facing the politician-thieves and tackling them head on.
