Expected that from someone ... A bandh is not just a strike - it is a general, all-out closure of everything. And if someone dares to break it, even if it is an emergency, there is bound to be violence. I haven't heard of private buses or cars being stoned or burnt during a London Underground, Bus or Taxi or when all the three sevices go on strike. Have you?
