It is only after a thorough investigation and with all supporting documentary evidence, that I had accused Education Minister, Mr. Babush Monserrate of having filed a false affidavit regarding his educational qualification.
If Mr.Babush Monserrate can prove that he has a SSC from St.Theresa's High School, Bandra, Bombay, as claimed by him in his affidavit, the Education Minister could have my remaining eight fingers and the neck too for the asking. Aires Rodrigues Ribandar
